电针结合增液汤治疗结核病并发便秘52例

目的:观察针刺结合增液汤治疗结核病并发便秘的临床疗效。方法:52例用电针结合增液汤治疗,疗程4周。结果:总有效率94.2%。2例出现轻微晕针反应但未影响治疗。结论:电针结合增液汤治疗结核病并发便秘效果较好。

Objective ： To observe the therapeutic effect of acupuncture combined with Fluid-increasing Decoction in the treatment of tuberculosis complicated with constipation. Method： 52 cases of tuberculosis complicated with constipation were treated by electroacupuncture with deep needling combined with Fluid-increasing Decoction. The course of treatment was 4 weeks. Result： The total effective rate was 94.2%. 2 cases showed slight fainting during acupuncture, but the treatment wasn＇ t affected. Conclusion： Acupuncture combined with Fluid-increasing Decoction has good effect in the treatment of tuberculosis complicated with constipation.
