摘要
自走式路缘石滑模机主要用于公路路缘石及路旁排水槽铺设的筑路机械,可实现连续自动成型,控制方便,结构紧凑,节省人力,自动化程度较高。针对现有自走式路缘石滑模机行走系统结构复杂、可靠性低的缺点,设计了一种高低档式驱动行走系统。实验结果表明,该行走系统可以实现作业(低档)和自行转场(高档)两种模式,作业速度达到了1.5m/min^5m/min,转场速度最高将达26m/min,与原行走系统相比,提高了使用的方便性。
Self-propelled slipforming curb machine is mainly used for road construction machinery of highway curb and gutter road laying, which can realize continuous automatic molding, convenient control, compact structure, labor saving and high degree of automation. In order to overcome the disadvantages of the complex structure and low reliability of the walking system, a kind of high-low gear driving system is designed in this paper. The experiment results show that the system can realize the operation of walking (low) and self transitions (high) two modes, the operating speed reached from 1.5m/min to 5m/min, high speed of up to 26m/min, compared with the original running system, to improve the convenience of use.
