Time machine制作精品视频公开课字幕的方法探究

Exploration on the method of making the subtitles of high-quality video open class using the Time machine software

十三五期间,教育部启动精品视频课程的建设工作,并对课程字幕文件的制作做出明确的规定,笔者根据建设精品视频公开课程的经验,总结出使用Time machine(时间机器)软件制作字幕的方法。

During 13th Five-Year, tile Ministry. of education started video quality curriculum coustruction work, and made definite provisions of the subtitle files. According to the construction quality video open course experience, the author summed up the method of making the subtitles of using the Time machine software.
