摘要
本文对AP1000核电站钢制安全壳寿期中的加工制造、存储、吊装及拼装等施工过程中可能导致锈蚀的原因进行了分析,并针对不同施工过程提出了一定的应对措施,如采用特定的防护材料及适当的防护等,从而达到控制工期及造价的目的。
This article analyzed the potential reasons of corrosion during the manufacturing, delivery, storage, handling and assembly process in the life time of the steel containment vessel in AP1000 nuclear power plant, and then proposed a number of measures accordingly to control the construction period and the cost, for example, choosing the specified coating material and taking appropriate protection measures, etc.
