钢轨在线铣削技术的研究

分析了钢轨铣轨在线铣削技术的原理,铣削方向和铣盘大小对铣削力的影响,而铣削力又是影响铣轨车对钢轨表面铣削质量和刀具使用寿命的重要因素,因此,研究铣削方向和铣盘大小对铣削力的影响有着非常重要的意义。文中通过对国内外铣轨车铣削技术的研究和对比,为自主设计钢轨在线铣削装备提供了一定的理论依据。

Analysis of the principle of rail milling technology, the effect of milling direction and milling disc size on milling force, the milling force is an important factor that influence on lhe rail milling surfaee quality and service life of tool. Therefore. it is very important to study the influence of rail milling direction and milling disc size on the milling foree. In this paper, through the researt＇h and comparison of milling technology of milling machine at home and abroad, this paper provides a theoretical basis for the choice of the size of the milling.
