转型发展背景下地方本科院校课堂教学存在的问题与对策

The Dilemma and Strategy of Classroom Teaching in Local Undergraduate Colleges at the Background of Transition

地方本科院校转型发展对课堂教学提出了新要求,但地方本科院校课堂教学仍存在育人目标定位不清、教学方法陈旧、教学内容重理论轻实践、教学评价重结果轻过程等问题。为此,提出基本对策:教育目标定位为培养有思想的技能型人才;推动课堂教学改革,丰富课堂教学模式;加强"双师型"教师队伍建设;加强产学研一体化教学实训配套体系建设等举措,以构建应用型人才培养的有效课堂教学。

The transformation development of local undergraduate colleges puts forward new requirements on the classroom teaching, but the problems of unclear orientation, old teaching methods, stressing too much on theory in teaching content, and caring too much on final results but not in the process in teaching evaluation are still in ex- istence. To construct an efficient class for the training of application - oriented personnel, we put forward some countermeasures ： locating education target to cultivate thoughtful and skilled talents, promoting the reform of class- room teaching, enriching the classroom teaching mode, strengthening the construction of ＂ double type＂ teachers, strengthening the integrated teaching system of production - study - research, to build effective classroom teaching to cultivate applied talents
