引种牡丹促成栽培研究

Research on forcing culture of introduction peony

为尝试打破内蒙古赤峰地区由于冬季寒冷干燥而导致的花卉市场单调的局面,增加寒冷地区冬季开花植物种类,节约生产成本,采用冬季户外上盆前用不同浓度的赤霉素(GA3)溶液喷洒牡丹根处理的方法,对牡丹品种"凤丹白"进行促成栽培研究。结果表明:赤峰地区12月初之前积累的低温量以及500 mg/L赤霉素(GA3)能打破牡丹的休眠,从而达到抽薹和开花,且后期生长效果良好,对植物茎叶生长有明显促进作用。

To break the monotonous flower market situation that caused of cold and dry in winter in Chifeng region of Inner Mongolia and increase flowering plant species of cold region in winter and save the production cost, the experiment was done on forcing culture of peony variety ＇Fen Dan Bai＇, that sprayed with gihberellin （GA3）peony root treatment method in the winter outdoor pre-basin.The results showed that both amount of low temperature before the begining of December in Chifeng region and a certain concentration of gibberellin （GA3）can break the dormancy of ＇Fen Dan Bai＇, thus contributing to bolting and flowering.And the growth effect was good in later period. Gibberellin （GA3）played a significant role in promoting the growth of branch.
