全粉末压片技术制甲维盐水分散片剂(WT)的研究 被引量:3

摘要 采用全粉末压片技术研发出对环境友好的高含量甲维盐水分散片剂。以甲维盐为有效成分,采用全粉末压片技术,对黏结剂、崩解剂、助流剂、稳定剂、分散剂进行了筛选,对15%甲维盐水分散片剂的专用配方进行了试验研究,研发出15%甲维盐水分散片剂。该产品的甲维盐含量、水分、酸值、分散性等各项技术指标,符合联合国粮农组织规定的国际标准。采用全粉末压片技术研发出的水分散片剂,不用有机溶剂,有效成分含量高,分散性能好,制造成本低,对环境安全,药效好,计量准,不受空气湿度影响,使用简便,值得推广。 This study adopts tableting technology with powder only to develop emamectin benzoate WT with environmentfriendly and high content. This study chooses emamectin benzoate as active ingredients, screens adhesion agents,disintegrants, glidants, stabilizers, dispersants to develop 15% emamectin benzoate WT. The technical indexes such as A.I.content, moisture content, acid xfalue, dispersion, meet the international standard made by FAO. No use of organic solvent,high content, good dispersion, low cost, environmental safety, good efficacy, accurate measurement, no influence by airhumidity, convenient use are the features of 15% emamectin benzoate WT with powder only
