6.25%酰嘧·甲碘隆水分散粒剂的液相色谱法分析

The Determination of Amidosulfuron and lodosulfuron-methyl Sodium in Mixed WDG Formulation by HPLC

摘要 采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈+磷酸水溶液为流动相,使用SB—C_(18)为填料的不锈钢柱和紫外检测器,检测波长230 nm,对酰嘧磺隆和甲基碘磺隆钠盐进行定量分析。结果表明,酰嘧磺隆和甲基碘磺隆钠盐标准偏差为0.044、0.022,变异系数为0.87%、1.70%,平均回收率为99.2%、98.7%,线性相关系数为0.999 1、0.998 5。 A HPLC method was adopted for the separation and determination of amidosulfttron and iodosulfuron-methyl inmixed WDG formulation. The determination was carried out on SB-Ct8 column with acetonitrile and phosphoric acidwater as mobile phase and UV detector at 230 nm. The results showed that standard deviations of the method foramidosulfuron and iodosulfuron-methyl were 0.044, 0.022, the coefficients of variation was 0.87%,1.70%. the averagerecoveries were 99.2%, 98.7%, and the linear correlation coefficients were 0.999 1, 0.998 5, respectively.
