摘要 针对某国产超临界600 MW机组高压旁路阀泄漏问题进行了分析,得出因锅炉氧化皮脱落造成锅炉过热器等管道通流面积变小或堵塞管道,继而管壁超温爆管。将高压旁路阀的阀座改成可拆卸式结构,并在阀前加装隔离门,泄漏问题得以解决。 Aiming at the problem that forced shutdown was repeatedly encountered by a domestic 600 MW supercritical unit since its operation due to the leakage fault of high-pressure bypass valve, an analysis was conducted, and subsequently over temperature tube burst was found to be the main reason, which was caused by shrunk flow area or blocked tube resulted from oxide scale falling into the passage of boiler superheaters. The problem has been solved by changing the bypass valve into the detachable type and adding an isolation device in front of the valve.
