胶层厚度对盘状钢制结构振动特性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在胶接钢制旋转圆盘受交变载荷作用的有限元振动模型上,研究了胶层厚度对受到激励载荷作用的65Mn钢圆盘胶接结构固有频率、振幅及应力分布的影响。结果表明,随胶厚的增加,盘状结构的固有频率降低,在激振频率为150 Hz左右处的振幅显著降低。胶厚对各应力分量沿径向的分布影响不大,但对等效应力有一定的影响。 The effect of adhesive layer thickness on the natural frequency, amplitude and stress distribution in the adhesively bonded steel disc structure was studied using finite element method based on the vibration model of rotating disc under centrifugal alternating force. The results obtained from numerical simulation show that with increasing the layer thickness the natural frequency of steel disc decreased and its amplitude at frequency of about 150 Hz decreased too. The adhesive layer thickness does not affect the value of stress components along radial direction, but has a certain effect for the von Mises equivalent stress
