摘要
以线性丙烯酸酯聚合物(ACM)为主要基材,采用连续溶胀法将其溶胀于丙烯酸(AA)及丙烯酸酯中,利用紫外光(UV)聚合技术,制备了UV聚合型丙烯酸酯压敏胶(PS A)。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)仪分析了产物的结构;采用电子剥离试验机对PSA的粘接性能进行了研究。结果表明,随着TPO含量的增加,聚合反应时间逐渐降低,PSA的初粘性和180°剥离强度先增加后减小,持粘性逐渐增加;随着ACM含量的增加,PSA的初粘性、持粘性及剥离强度先增加后减小;随着HDDA含量的增加,初粘性和剥离强度均会降低,而持粘性逐渐增加;随着软/硬单体比例的增加,初粘性和剥离强度会逐渐增加,但持粘性会下降。
Using the linear polyacrylate (ACM) as the main matrix material, the UV-curable acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive (PSA) was prepared by swelling ACM in acrylic acid (AA) and acrylates and then UV initiated polymerization technique. The Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy was used to analysis its structure, the adhesive properties were characterized by electronic stripping tester. The results showed that as increasingof the TPO content ,the reaction time was shortened, the tackness, holding power and 18°peeling strength of PSA were increased first and then decreased. As ACM content increased, the same phenomenon was observed as the TPO. The increase of HDDA content decreased the tackness and holding powerofPSA, but increased the 180° peeling strength of PSA. When the soft monomer content increased, the tackness and 180° peeling strength of PSA increased, but the holding power decreased.
