单体纯度对α-氰基丙烯酸酯胶性能的影响

摘要 选用单体α-氰基丙烯酸乙酯、增韧剂、稳定剂及其他助剂制备了2种α-胶样,其中样1的单体纯度较高,样2的单体纯度较低,其余组分相同。通过对比2种胶样的性能发现,单体纯度较高的样1在固化时间、耐热性、耐湿热方面都明显高于单体纯度较低的样2,单体纯度对热老化性能的影响不大。 In this work, we prepared two α-cyanoacrylate adhesive samples (1 and 2), which mainly comprise the ethyl α-cyanoacrylate monomer, toughening agent, stabilizer and other additives. Sample 1 and 2 used the high purity monomer and the low purity monomer, respectively, and other components were same. The results indicated that sample 1 showed improved cure speed, hot strength and wet heat resistance, compared to sample 2, and the effect of monomer purity on the heat ageing property was not obvious.
