摘要
介绍了湖南某汽车涂料废水处理工程的工艺流程、工艺参数、运行效果和经济指标。针对涂料生产废水的特点,对各工段废水进行分质收集,单独预处理,后经水解酸化—C/IBR工艺处理后,其出水水质达到《城市污水再生利用工业用水水质》(GB/T 19923—2005)标准。
The process flow, process parameters, operation effect and economic indexes of a au- tomotive paint wastewater treatment project in Hu' nan Province were introduced. The quality- based collection and separate pretreatment of wastewater from different production sections were conducted according to the characteristics of the wastewater discharged. The effluent quality met The reuse of urban recycling water-Water quality sandard for industrial uses (GB/T 19923-- 2005) by hydrolysis acidification and C/IBR processes.
