摘要
以巯基丙酸、苄溴和二硫化碳为原料制备得到小分子RAFT试剂(3-benzylsulfanylthiocarbonylsutanyl-propionic acid),然后用二氯亚砜将下分子RAFT试剂酰氯化,再与一端为羟基的PEO反应得到大分子RAFT试剂。以AIBN为引发剂,在大分子RAFT试剂存在下,制备得到了嵌段共聚物PS-b-PEO。制备得到的聚合物用~1H-NMR和GPC表征,结果表明三硫酯基团位于结点处,嵌段共聚物的分子量分布比较窄。
RAFT agent 3-benzylsulfanylthiocarbonylsutanyl-propionic acid was synthesized with 3-Mercaptopropionic acid,benzyl bromide and carbon disulphide as raw material. Then the obtained RAFT agent was acyl chlorinated with thionyl chloride and react with PEO of hydroxyl end group to get PEO-RAFT. With PEO-RAFT present,PS-b-PEO was synthesized with AIBN as initiator. The synthesized polymer was characterized with ^1HNMR and GPC and the result shows that trithiocarbonate group was located at the junction of the block copolymer PS-b-PEO and the molecular distribution was narrow.
