通过文献资料和逻辑分析等研究方法,从文化的角度对造成传统武术认识困境的原因及其化解进行了审视。造成传统武术认识困境的原因,一是鸦片战争后,西方文化与西方竞技体育在中国社会迅速发展,逐渐占据主流地位,武术文化的整体形态遭受到严重的误读与误解,这是造成传统武术认识困境的外因;二是传承理念的保守是造成传统武术认识困境的内因。传统武术认识困境的化解,一是传统武术的国际化发展战略,二是继承文化传统、推动传统武术在全民健身计划下得到更快更大的普及与发展战略。其观点在当今世界文化多元化的国际形势下,对如何处理武术的传统文化与现代化之路的关系,如何使武术在学校中开展得更合理,如何对传统武术进行创编和改造,开发适合大众健身的武术项目,如何使竞技武术顺利进入奥运会,化解人们对传统武术认识困境等方面,具有一定的理论价值。
