摘要 以清水为对照,用NAA和IBA处理当年生红枫插穗,研究在河沙、黄心土、珍珠岩+蛭石三种不同基质中红枫嫩枝扦插生根情况,对其插条生根率、不定根长度及数量等数据进行分析,结果表明:红枫嫩枝在通气性较好的河沙、珍珠岩+蛭石的两种基质中,用NAA、IBA两种激素处理对红枫插条生根均有明显促进作用。生根率最高达18.33%,不定根最长达7.77cm,不定根最多5.43条。 With water as control, robust annual cuttings of Acer palmatum var. atropurpureum were dealt with NAA and IBA. By analyzing the rooting rate, the length and number of adventitious roots and other data in three different substrates which are the sand, yellow soil and perlite+vermiculite, cuttings rooting situation was studied. The results showed that both two hormones of NAA and IBA significantly promote the arising of the roots of Red Maple, when in the substrates of sand and perlite+vermiculite with good air permeability. The biggest rooting rate is 18.33%, the longest adventitious root is 7.77cm and the most has 5.43 roots.
