高校学生管理模式的构建以多中心治理为视角,有助于学生管理中心要素的拓展,促使被动的、封闭的管理思想发生转变,让学校、政府、社会在学生管理工作中成为有机的整体。文章以多中心治理角度观察美国高校学生管理模式的特征,并探讨我国高校学生管理模式内在不足。将美国高校学生管理模式存在的优点加以借鉴,确立多中心治理下我国高校学生管理模式改革与发展路径。

The construction of universities students management model is in the perspective of multi - center governance, which contributes to the expansion of the center elements of students management, and promotes the change of passive and closed management ideas, and makes schools, government and society become an organic whole in the student management work. This paper investigates the characteristics of the management pattern of American universities＇ students from the perspective of multi - center governance and explores the inherent problems of the management mode of universities＇ students in our country. It draws lessons from the advantages of students＇ management mode in American universities and establishes the path of reform and development of students＇ management mode in Chinese universities under the multi - center governance.
