Research on Functional Orientation and Implementation Way of Counselors in Postgraduates' Ideological and Political Education

随着研究生规模扩大化、研究生教育国际化、研究生学习工作信息化、研究生思想多元化日益凸显,对研究生思想政治教育的现实需求越加强烈,充分发挥辅导员在研究生培育过程中的思想引领、政治保障作用,显得尤为重要。高校要把辅导员队伍的作用认识清楚、功能定位准确、实施途径到位,服务于立德树人这一根本任务,从而全面提升研究生综合素质。

With the increasing scale of postgraduates, the internationalization of the postgraduate education, the informationization of postgraduate learning, and the more and more prominent diversification of postgraduate thought, the realistic demand of postgradu- ates＇ ideological and political education has become more and more intense. It is especially important for counselors to give full play to the guiding ideology and political guarantee function in the process of postgraduate cultivation. Universities should have a clear understanding of counselors＇ role, accurate functional orientation, and implementation way in place. Meanwhile, counselors should serve the fundamental task of high moral values establishment and people cultivation, thus improving the postgraduates＇ comprehensive quality.
