我国大学英语课程管理体制,因为各高校校情不同而呈现出不同样态。目前,其主流形式有学部制、中心制和学院制等三种。不同的体制各有其优势和劣势,主要表现在责权划分、管理协商、教师专业发展等方面。相应的,体制优化亦可从此三个方面着手,具体建议是:明确权责关系,努力建设整体和谐的组织管理系统;倡导民主协商,积极形成多元主体共同管理的局面;推动教师发展,大力鼓励教师参与大学英语课程管理工作。
