摘要
我国大学英语课程管理体制,因为各高校校情不同而呈现出不同样态。目前,其主流形式有学部制、中心制和学院制等三种。不同的体制各有其优势和劣势,主要表现在责权划分、管理协商、教师专业发展等方面。相应的,体制优化亦可从此三个方面着手,具体建议是:明确权责关系,努力建设整体和谐的组织管理系统;倡导民主协商,积极形成多元主体共同管理的局面;推动教师发展,大力鼓励教师参与大学英语课程管理工作。
Due to the different situations of different colleges and universities, the college English curriculum management system of China manifests itself in various forms, the main forms being the department system, the college system and the center system. Different systems have their different advantages and disadvantages, concerning the division of power and duty, management and negotiation, and teacher development. Accordingly, the system can also be optimized from the three aspects. The specific recommendations are: Clear the relationship between rights and responsibilities, efforts to build an overall harmonious organizational management system ; Advocate democratic consultation and actively form the situation of multi - subject co - management ; promote teacher development and encourage teachers to participate in College English curriculum management.
