解毒化瘀颗粒对乙型肝炎重症化阻断作用的临床研究

Clinical study on the effect of Jiedu Huayu granules in the treatment of severe hepatitis B

目的:观察解毒化瘀颗粒对于慢性乙型肝炎重症化倾向的阻断作用及其临床疗效。方法:采用随机对照原则将80例慢性乙型肝炎重症化倾向患者分为对照组与治疗组,每组各40例。对照组患者治予西医基础综合治疗,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上,给予解毒化瘀颗粒口服治疗。观察两组患者治疗前、后中医临床症状分级评分、前后肝功能(TBil、ALB、ALT、CHE)、凝血功能(PT、PTA)的变化。结果:对照组总有效率为70%,治疗组总有效率为92.5%,治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后的肝功能和凝血功能较治疗前均有所改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中治疗组上述指标改善更加显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:解毒化瘀颗粒对慢性乙型肝炎重症化倾向有较好的阻断作用,值得推广与应用。

Objective ：To study the clinical effect of Jiedu Huayu granules in the treatment of severe hepatitis B. Methods：Eighty patieuts with chronic Severe hepatitis B were randomly divided into control group and treatment group, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with basic western medicin treatment, and the treatment group was given Jieduhuayu Granules on the basis of basic western medicine treatment. Compared the clinical symptoms of TCM classification score, liver function （including TBil, ALB, ALT, CHE）, coagulation function （PT, PTA） before and treatment. Results：The total effective rate was 70% in the control group and 92.5% in the treatment group, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ） ; The improvement was achieved in both groups in the test of liver function （ including TBil ,ALB ,ALT ,CHE）, coagulation function （containing PT,PTA） after treatment, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）, of which the change was more significant in the treatment group in the above indices, the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Con- clusion：Good clinical effect could be achieved in the severe chronic hepatitis B by Jieduhuayu Granules, and it was worthy of being widely promotion and application.
