摘要 该项目可用于学生实践训练,促进学生对实际工程器件的感性认识,能真实地反映工作现场的实际情况。并实现三个结合:将工作任务与学习任务相结合、工作过程与学习过程相结合、工作内容与学习内容相结合。有利于提高学生实际动手能力和解决问题的能力,教学真正做到学以致用。该项目以空气压缩机作为动力源,用气缸构成机械手,利用上位机发出指令,PLC控制电磁阀动作,驱动机械手完成工艺加工流程。项目极大提高学生学习兴趣,真正做到教学做一体和工学结合。 The project can be used in the students' practical training, which promotes students' perceptual knowledge in practical engineering device and truly reflects the actual situation of the job site. Three combinations can be achieved: combining the work task and the learning task, combining the work process and the learning process, and combining the work content and the learning content. Students can improve the practical operational ability and the problem-solving skills, and it is performed in teaching that studying something is to apply it. In this project, the air compressor is used as a power source, and the air cylinder constitutes the manipulator, and instructions is sent from the upper computer, and PLC controls the solenoid valve movement, and the manipulator is driven to complete the process flow of technology. The project greatly increases students' learning interest, and really performs the combination of teaching, learning and doing, and realizes the combination of working and learning.
