It is a key project for CCP organization of state-owned business to explore how to creatively develop CCP job according to the fact under the new situation. This paper discusses principles, content, key and measures of CCP construction of state-owned business, and makes it clear that paying attention to innovation and the solid foundation are the key of CCP construction. Innovation and development of CCP construction activities are regarded as the carrier of CCP organization job, and CCP construction job of state-owned business is improved to a new level by various measures.
