摘要
本文介绍云南省大理州应急调频广播网("村村响"工程)规划和建设情况。该应急调频广播网是基于已建设好的有线电视传输网络、大理州人民广播电台播出平台和调频广播信号同频率无线覆盖大理州所有乡镇、行政村落的基础上实现的。在传输和发射信号中增加RDS可寻址控制信号和GPRS/GSM应急播出控制信号,通过州、县(市)应急播控平台实现对全州12县(市),1078个行政村,调频收扩设备(大喇叭)的管理和控制。实现在发生突发事件和自然灾害时,通过调频广播网和控制大喇叭终端设备,向公众发布应急广播信号,抵御自然灾害的目的。
This paper introduces the planning and construction of emergency FM broadcasting ("Village Ring" Project) in Dali, Yunnan province. The emergency FM radio network is built based on the cable TV transmission network, the broadcasting platform of Dali People's Broadcasting Station and the FM broadcasting network in Dali, including all townships and administrative villages. Adding RDS addressable control signals and GPRS / GSM emergency broadcasting controlling signals to transmission signals is in order to manage and control FM receiving/enlarging equipment (big horns) in 12 counties (cities) and 1078 administrative villages. When emergent events and natural disasters take place, we could broadcast the emergency radio signal to the public by receiving/enlarging terminal equipment through the FM broadcasting network.
