摘要
从科学发展的视角,运用"体教结合"的教育思想,借鉴国内外高校培养优秀后备人才的成功经验,针对宁波市实际提出宁波市高校优秀残奥选手的培养模式,认为宁波市高校培养优秀残奥选手的基本原则有:动态性原则、多样化原则、个性化原则。并从选材机制、保障机制、"学、训、赛"机制、激励机制、监管机制、制度建设等六个方面建立了宁波市高校优秀残奥选手的培养机制。旨在使优秀残奥选手在接受科学运动训练指导的同时,兼顾文化理论知识的学习,为培养拥有较高职业素养的优秀残奥选手创造条件,为优秀残奥选手退役后的生存提供保障。
From the perspective of scientific development, the author uses the educational thought of "combining body and education", learn from the successful experience of cultivating excellent reserve talents at home and abroad, and practicing the training of Ningbo university model, that Ningbo city, the basic principles of training outstanding paralympic players are: the principle of dynamic, diversification principles, the principle of individuality. And established the training mechanism of Ningbo university's outstanding paralympic athletes from six aspects: selection mechanism, guarantee mechanism, "learning&training&competition" mechanism, incentive mechanism, supervision mechanism and system construction. The aim is to make the excellent paralympic athletes, in the course of accepting the training of scientific sports, take into account the learning of cultural theory, and to create the conditions for cultivating outstanding paralympic athletes with high professional accomplishment and guarantee the survival of the outstanding paralympic players after retirement.
