摘要
目的:研究藏药川木香根的化学成分。方法:采用多种柱色谱方法对藏药川木香根的化学成分进行分离,通过波谱分析和文献对比鉴定化合物结构。结果:分离得到6个化合物,包括3个倍半萜类化合物、3个脂肪酸类化合物,分别鉴定为二氢去氢木香内酯(Ⅰ)、vladimenal(Ⅱ)、矮艾素A(Ⅲ)、正十一烷(Ⅳ)、琥珀酸(Ⅴ)、亚油酸甲酯(Ⅵ)。结论:化合物Ⅳ~Ⅵ均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents in the dry roots of Dolomiaea souliei ( Franch. ) Shih. Methods: Vari- ous chromatographic methods were used to isolate and purify the chemical constituents of Dolomiaea souliei, and the structures were elucidated through the analysis of spectral data and literatures. Results: Six compounds including 3 sesquiterpene compounds and 3 fatty acids were obtained and identified as dihydrodehydrocostuslactone( I ), vladimenal( II ), arbusculin A( III ), n-hendecane(IV), bu- tanedioic acid ( V ) and methyl linoleate ( VI ).
