神经内镜下经鼻经蝶垂体瘤切除术患者的针对性护理效果

Efficacy of targeted nursing in patients undergoing neuroendoscopic transsphenoidal hypophysectomy

目的探讨针对性护理对神经内镜下经鼻经蝶垂体瘤切除术患者的影响。方法选取2014年6月至2016年6月间于四川省遂宁市中心医院行内镜下经鼻经蝶垂体瘤切除术治疗的84例垂体瘤患者,采用随机数表法分为观察组与对照组,每组42例。观察组患者在常规护理基础上应用针对性护理干预,对照组患者采用常规护理干预。观察比较两组垂体瘤患者的手术指标、术后并发症及满意度。结果观察组患者肠鸣音恢复时间和肛门排气时间均低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者手术时间与术中出血量对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者术后并发症发生率4.8%,低于对照组患者的23.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者护理满意率100.0%高于对照组患者的85.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对性护理能够有效促使神经内镜下经鼻经蝶垂体瘤切除术患者术后胃肠功能恢复,降低并发症发生率,提高护理满意度。

Objective To study the efficacy of targeted nursing in patients undergoing neuroendoscopic transsphenoidal hypophysectomy. Methods From June 2014 to June 2016,84 patients underwent neuroendoscopic transsphenoidal hypophysectomy at Suining Central Hospital were selected. Using random number table,patients were divided into observation group and a control group with 42 patients in each group. The observation group was given targeted nursing on the basis of routinenursing and the control group was given routine nursingam. Results Time to recovery of bowel sound and time to exhaust are lower in the observation group than in the control group（ P〈0. 05）. There was no statistical significant difference in operation time and intraoperative blood loss between the two groups（ P〉0. 05）. The incidence of postoperative complications was 4. 8% for the observation group,which was lower than 23. 8% of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Nursing satisfaction rate was 100. 0% for the observation group which was higher than 85. 7%of the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Targeted nursing can effectively prompt the recovery of postoperative gastrointestinal function,reduce the probability of complications and improve nursing satisfaction in patients undergoing neuroendoscopic transsphenoidal hypophysectomy.
