On the Regional Teacher Flow Adminstration System from the Perspective of Teacher Professional Development

Teacher flow services for Teacher Professional Development （TPD）while it is drived by TPD. Consequently TPD constitutes the core link in the construction of Regional Teacher Flow Adminstration System （TFAS）. It is helpful to the optimum teacher flow order that TFAS is set up along the line of TPD. Currently there are a lot of powerful policy tool to choose such as setting the degree of flow difficulty of teacher position in school, impletementing school development eveluation, building up Teacher Demand and Supply Information System（TDSIS）, setting up teacher-flow competency evaluation.
