摘要
现代职业教育是职业技能和职业精神的高度融合。加强高职学生职业素养的培育,既是高职院校提升办学能力的有效举措,也是全面提高人才培养质量的重要途径,这对突出职业教育特色,深化职业教育改革,弘扬"工匠精神"具有极其重大的现实意义。
Modern vocational education is a high integration of professional skills and professionalism. It is one of effective measures for improving the occupation education way to strengthen the cultivation of occupation quality of students in higher vocational colleges, which promotes the ability of higher vocational colleges and highlights the characteristics of personnel training. Cultivating the Professional Quality has extremely important realistic significance in deepening the occupation education reform and developing the Spirit of Craftsman.
