On Cultivating Approaches and Methods to Ideological and Political Quality of Young Teachers in Colleges and Universities

高校青年教师不仅是文化科学知识的传播者,更是思想品德教育的建设者,是推动人类社会科学发展的重要力量。师德不仅是对教师个人行为的规范,也是教育学生思想道德的重要手段。充分认识加强高校青年教师思想政治素养的重要性和必要性,对在新形势下加强和改进高校青年教师思想政治工作具有重大意义。本文通过分析当前高校青年教师师德师风存在的问题,提出加强高校青年教师师德师风培育途径及方式,为我国高等教育的蓬勃发展提供人才和思想保障。

Young teachers at colleges and universities are not only the spreaders of culture and scientific knowledge, but also the builders of the ideological and moral education and the important power to promote the development of humanistic and social science. Teachers＇ professional ethics are not only the norms of teachers＇ behavior, but also the important methods to educate students ideology and morality. Therefore, it is crucial and necessary for young teachers to have a full understanding of the ideological and political quality, which is significant for them to improve their ideological and political work. This paper proposes the cultivating approaches and methods to strengthen the professional ethics of young teachers through the analysis of the problems about their professional ethics, which can provide talents and ideological guarantee for the vigorous development of higher education in China.
