血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶、血尿酸及同型半胱氨酸检测在急性脑梗死中的临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶、血尿酸及同型半胱氨酸检测在急性脑梗死中的临床意义。方法 71例急性脑梗死患者作为研究组,同期选取71例健康体检者作为对照组,检测研究组治疗前后的血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶、血尿酸及同型半胱氨酸水平,并将治疗前上述指标水平与对照组及本组治疗后进行比较。结果治疗前,研究组血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶、血尿酸、同型半胱氨酸水平分别是(23.1±6.2)μg/L、(488.7±69.4)μmol/L、(18.8±6.5)μmol/L;对照组分别为(9.8±2.6)μg/L、(290.5±51.3)μmol/L、(9.7±3.5)μmol/L;两组对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗前,研究组血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶、血尿酸、同型半胱氨酸水平分别为(23.1±6.2)μg/L、(488.7±69.4)μmol/L、(18.8±6.5)μmol/L;治疗后分别为(10.3±2.9)μg/L、(344.2±46.8)μmol/L、(10.2±3.1)μmol/L;对比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶、血尿酸及同型半胱氨酸检测有助于评估急性脑梗死患者病情及预后,可在临床借鉴。 Objective To investigate clinical significance by detection of serum neuronspecific enolase, blood uric acid and homocysteine in acute cerebral infarction. Methods There were 71 patients with acute cerebral infarction as research group and 71 health people in the same period as control group. Detection was made on serum neuronspecific enolase, blood uric acid and homocysteine before and after treatment in the research group to compare indexes before treatment with those in the research group after treatment and those in the control group. Results Before treatment, the research group had serum neuronspecific enolase, blood uric acid and homocysteine respectively as (23.1 ± 6.2) μg/L, (488.7 ± 69.4) μmol/L and (18.8 ± 6.5) μmol/ L, which were respectively (9.8 ± 2.6) μg/L, (290.5 ± 51.3) μmol/L and (9.7 ± 3.5) μmol/L in the control group. The difference had statistical significance between the two groups (P〈0.01). Before treatment, the research group had serum neuronspecific enolase, blood uric acid and homocysteine respectively as (23.1 ±6.2) μg/L, (488.7 ± 69.4) μmol/L and (18.8 ± 6.5) μmol/L, which was respectively (10.3 ± 2.9)μg/L, (344.2 ± 46.8) μmol/L and (10.2 ± 3.1)μmol/L after treatment, and the difference had statistical significance (P〈0.01). Conclusion Detection of serum neuronspecifie enolase, blood uric acid and homocysteine is helpful to evaluate disease condition and prognosis in patients. This method is worth clinical reference.
