根管显微镜下应用超声技术取出根管内异物的效果分析

Analysis of effect by dental operating microscopic ultrasound technique in intracanal foreign matter removal

目的评价分析根管显微镜下应用超声技术取出根管内异物的临床效果。方法 72例因根管内异物就诊的患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组36例。观察组患者给予根管显微镜下定位+超声技术取出根管内异物,对照组患者给予常规X线摄片定位+超声技术取出根管内异物。比较两组患者临床效果。结果观察组36颗患牙,成功取出异物32个,取出率为88.89%;对照组36颗患牙,成功取出异物25个,取出率为69.44%。观察组根管异物取出率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论应用根管显微镜和超声技术取出根管内金属异物的方法安全有效,值得应用于临床。

Objective To evaluate clinical effect by dental operating microscopic ultrasound technique in intracanal foreign matter removal. Methods A total of 72 patients with intracanal foreign matter were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 36 cases in each group. The observation group received dental operating microscopic positioning ＋ ultrasound technique for intracanal foreign matter removal, and the control group received conventional X-ray positioning ＋ ultrasound technique for intracanal foreign matter removal. Clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results Among 36 involved teeth in the observation group, there were 32 cases with successful foreign matter removal, with removal rate as 88.89%. There were 25 cases with successful foreign matter removal among the 36 teeth in the control group, along with removal rate as 69.44%. The observation group had obviously higher foreign matter removal rate than the control group, and their difference had statistical significance（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Implement of dental operating microscope and ultrasound technique is safe and effective for intracanal foreign matter removal, and this method is worth clinical application.
