长脉宽1064nm激光治疗痤疮的应用效果分析

Analysis of application effect by long pulse width 1064nm laser in the treatment of acne

目的探讨长脉宽1064 nm激光治疗痤疮的效果。方法 93例痤疮患者随机分为治疗组(50例)与对照组(43例)。治疗组采用长脉宽1064 nm激光治疗,对照组采用药物治疗,随访4周分析两组的疗效及生活质量改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率为96.0%,明显高于对照组的69.8%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组痤疮特异性生活质量量表(Acne-QoL)评分均有不同程度的提高,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组术后不良反应以皮损处及周围皮肤颜色变化为主,但在短时间内可消退,对照组发生头痛3例、恶心3例,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论长脉宽1064 nm激光治疗痤疮精准可控、安全有效,有利于改善患者的生活质量,临床应用价值高。

Objective To investigate effect by long pulse width 1064 nm laser in the treatment of acne. Methods A total of 93 patients with ache were randomly divided into treatment group （50 cases） and control group （43 cases）. The treatment group received long pulse width 1064 nm laser for treatment, and the control group received drug therapy. Follow-up for 4 weeks was taken to analyze curative effect and quality of life in the two groups. Results The treatment group had obviously higher total effective rate as 96.0% than 69.8% in the control group, and their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the two groups had different degree in improvement of acne-specific quality of life questionnaire （Acne-QOL） scores, and the treatment group had obviously better improvement than the control group. Their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The treatment group had main postoperative adverse reactions as change in skin color at and around incision, with short-time remission. There were 3 cases with headache and 3 cases with nausea in the control group. Their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In treating acne, long pulse width 1064 nm laser is accurate, controllable, safe and effective. This method is helpful for quality of life improvement in patients, and it contains high clinical application value.
