摘要
目的评估超声引导下细针穿刺活检(US-FNAB)及超声引导下粗针穿刺活检(UG-CNB)在甲状腺结节诊断中的应用价值。方法 200例甲状腺结节患者,均行超声引导下穿刺抽吸活检,随机分为A组(行US-FNAB)及B组(行UG-CNB),各100例。对比两种方法的取样失败率、恶性符合率及术后出血率。结果 B组恶性符合率(96.67%)及术后出血率(7.00%)高于A组(86.21%、1.00%),取样失败率(2.00%)低于A组(9.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 UG-CNB取样失败率低,诊断准确率高,可做为诊断甲状腺结节的有效方法之一。
Objective To evaluate the application value of ultrasound guided fine-needle aspiration biopsy (US-FNAB) and ultrasound-guided core needle biopsy (UG-CNB) in diagnosis of thyroid nodule. Methods A total of 200 thyroid nodule patients treated with ultrasound-guided aspiration biopsy were randomly divided into group A (received US-FNAB) and group B (received UG-CNB), with 100 cases in each group. Comparison were made on sampling failure rate, malignant coincidence rate and postoperative bleeding rate in two groups. Results Group B had higher malignant coincidence rate (96.67%) and postoperative bleeding rate (7.00%) than group A (86.21% and 1.00%), and lower sampling failure rate (2.00%) than group A (9.00%). Their difference had statistical significance (P〈0.05). Conclusion UG-CNB provides low sampling failure rate and high diagnostic accuracy rate, and it can be taken as one of the effective methods in diagnosis of thyroid nodules.
