视频宣教在角膜塑形镜验配中的应用体会 被引量:1

Application experience of video propaganda and education in ortho-k lens fitting

摘要 目的探讨视频宣教在角膜塑形镜验配中的应用效果。方法 60例(120眼)角膜塑形镜验配患者,随机分为对照组和研究组,各30例(60眼)。对照组采用传统的口头宣教和示范宣教,研究组在此基础上配合视频宣教。观察两组患者对角膜塑形镜相关知识的掌握情况和对验配服务的满意度、操作熟练程度、角膜上皮缺损情况。结果戴镜1周后,对患者行角膜塑形镜相关理论知识问卷调查发现:研究组掌握18例、部分掌握12例、未掌握0例;对照组掌握9例、部分掌握18例、未掌握3例,研究组对知识的掌握程度明显好于对照组(U=2.281,P<0.05)。戴镜1周后,对患者进行验配满意度调查发现:研究组满意20例、一般10例、不满意0例;对照组满意10例、一般19例、不满意1例,研究组的满意度明显高于对照组(U=2.311,P<0.05)。戴镜1 d、1周和1个月时,研究组操作时间分别为(18.63±3.74)、(13.63±3.01)、(10.83±2.57)min,对照组操作时间分别为(21.00±3.68)、(17.47±3.18)、(12.80±2.90)min,研究组各个时间点操作时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者的角膜上皮损伤均以轻度为主,均无Ⅲ、Ⅳ级患者。研究组各个时间点角膜上皮损伤均轻于对照组(P<0.05)。结论视频宣教有利于提高患者对角膜塑形镜相关知识的掌握程度和操作的熟练程度,提高患者的满意度。 Objective To investigate application effect by video propaganda and education in ortho-k lens fitting. Methods A total of 60 patients(120 eyes) in ortho-k lens fitting were randomly divided into control group and research group, with 30 cases(60 eyes) in each group. The control group received traditional oral and demonstration propaganda and education, and the research group received additional video propaganda and education to traditional method. Observation was made on ortho-k lens knowledge mastery degree, satisfaction degree of fitting service, operation proficiency and corneal epithelium defect status in the two groups. Results After 1 week of wearing, questionnaire survey of ortho-k lens knowledge mastery degree in patients showed there were 18 mastered cases, 12 partly mastered cases and 0 non mastered case in the research group, and there were 9 mastered cases, 18 partly mastered cases and 3 non mastered cases in the control group. The research group had obviously better knowledge mastery degree than the control group(U=2.281, P〈0.05). After 1 week of wearing, investigation of satisfaction degree of fitting service showed there were 20 cases with satisfaction, 10 cases with general satisfaction and 0 case with dissatisfaction in the research group, and there were 10 cases with satisfaction, 19 cases with general satisfaction and a case with dissatisfaction in the control group. The research group had much higher satisfaction degree than the control group(U=2.311, P〈0.05). After 1d, 1 week and 1 month of wearing, the research group had operation time respectively as(18.63±3.74)(13.63±3.01) and(10.83±2.57) min. The control group had operation time respectively as(21.00±3.68),(17.47±3.18) and(12.80±2.90) min. The research group had all shorter operation time at each time point than the control group(P〈0.05). Both groups showed mainly mild corneal epithelium injury without grade Ⅲ and Ⅳ cases. The research group had much more mild corneal epithelium injury at each time point than the control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Video propaganda and education is beneficial for improving ortho-k lens knowledge mastery degree, operation proficiency and satisfaction degree in patients.
