某超高层剪力墙结构的性能化设计

摘要 某超高层住宅结构高度149.15m,同时存在扭转不规则、凹凸不规则、楼板不连续三项不规则项,属于B级高度超限高层剪力墙结构。根据设定的结构性能目标,分别对多遇地震、设防烈度地震和罕遇地震作用下的结构性能和构件性能进行分析和论证,通过对薄弱部分采取一定的抗震加强措施,完成了结构的性能化设计,保证了结构的安全。 A high-rise residential structure is 149.15m high, with three irregular items, such as torsional irregularity, plane irregu- larity, partly discontinuous floor, belonging to the B-level high-level high-rise shear wall structure. According to the structural perfor- mance objectives, the structural performance and component performance under the earthquake, fortified earthquake and rare earthquakes are analyzed respectively, some seismic strengthening measures are adopted to the weak part of the structure. The performance-based de- sign is carried out to ensure the safety of the structure.
