摘要
针对风轮叶片两轴疲劳加载方案,提出惯性式疲劳加载伺服系统设计方法,建立系统动力学模型,得出影响系统机电耦合特性的关键影响因素。对于惯性式疲劳加载系统存在的机电耦合问题,建立MATLAB动力学仿真模型,对异频加载方案可行性进行论证。由于两轴疲劳加载系统需要同步控制,因此提出采用异频虚拟主轴控制方案进行控制,最后总结控制系统设计所需的关键动力参数。
The design method of inertia fatigue loading servo system is proposed for the wind turbine blade fatigue test. According to build the electromechanical coupling equation of the system, and thus obtained the key influencing factors of the electromechanical coupling system characteristics. As the electromechanical coupling problem of the inertial loading system, put forward a different frequency virtual spindle control scheme, and then build the MATLAB simulation model to validate the theoretical feasibility of the new control scheme.
