摘要
为实现车用永磁同步电机控制器的性能设计及测试,提出基于d SPACE的永磁同步电机控制器硬件在环测试平台。结合永磁同步电机模型与d SPACE仿真器,搭建永磁同步电机控制的仿真系统以及AUTOSAR架构下的PMSM矢量控制软件架构,实现了电机控制器硬件在环测试。在此基础上,进一步测试了电机控制器中软件控制算法的实时运行情况。测试结果表明,电机控制器能准确高效地实现永磁同步电机矢量控制,同时也验证了硬件在环测试平台的有效性。
In ents a HIL test pla order to accomplish motor controller performance design and test of PMSM, this paper pres- tform of PMSM based on dSPACE. According to PMSM mathematical model and dSPACE simulator, the simulated control system of PMSM and the software architecture of FOC based on AUTOSAR are built and the HIL test system of PMSM is accomplished. Moreover, the real-time operation of FOC is tested further. The simulation results show that this controller can efficiently control the PMSM and this HIL platform can availably accomplish the HIL test for automotive drive system of PMSM.
