D-果糖是一种功能性的单糖,其具有良好的吸湿保湿性、渗透溶解性、生物降解性、冷冻性等优良的性质,可广泛应用于食品业、医药业等领域,具有良好的市场开发前景,具有研究意义。文章从果糖的性质、应用及市场前景等方面进行了综述。
