As the first batch of pilot schools about application-oriented university, Qinzhou University is faced with opportunities and challenges.For cultivating the application-oriented talents of bio-pharmacy in Ocean College,it must be innovated in the model of talent training,such as talents positioning,teaching system,teaching methods and approaches, teaching quality monitor system,teacher＇s faculty, etc.
