摘要 随着组织时间研究的深入,深刻剖析组织管理研究中的时间透镜及其维度和属性非常必要。基于此,首先从现象、视角、变量和方法层面,指出时间透镜对于组织管理研究的独特价值;其次,厘清"时间"的结构维度和阐释维度,以及每个维度下的两个子维度,并考察不同维度及子维度之间的互动关系;再次,考察不同时间维度下的时间属性,及其相关研究;最后,对组织管理研究中时间透镜的运用进行展望,以期为"时间"视角在组织管理研究中的理论分析和实证研究奠定基础。 As an important theoretical len, "Time" is always neglected in organization and management research. Along with the deepening of organizational time research, "temporal len" has shif- ted from abstract and macro discussion to specific themes in given research fields, reflecting the tool- ized and variational tendency. In such context,it's necessary to reflect the dimensions and attributes of time in organization and management research. Based on phenomenon, perspective, variable and methods, this paper points out the unique values of temporal len in organization and management re- search. Then, this paper clarifies the structural and interpretive dimensions of time, as well as the sub-dimensions, and investigate the interaction between different dimensions and sub dimensions. Next,this paper explores the temporal attributes under different temporal dimensions. At last, this paper makes prospects for future research. This paper lays solid conceptual basis of further temporal research in organization and management.
