七氟醚全凭吸入麻醉对妇科腹腔镜手术中血流动力学的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究七氟醚全凭吸入麻醉对妇科腹腔镜手术中血流动力学的影响。方法抽取2013年8月至2015年8月长垣县人民医院收治的66例行腹腔镜手术患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,各33例。对照组静脉注射舒芬太尼进行麻醉,观察组采用七氟醚全凭吸入麻醉,观察两组患者构建气腹10.0 min后二氧化碳分压(PETCO_2)、血氧饱和度(SpO_2)、呼吸频率(RR)变化情况及麻醉诱导前后心率(HR)、舒张压(DBP)和收缩压(SBP)变化情况。结果观察组PETCO_2、SpO_2、RR水平均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。麻醉前,两组患者HR、DBP和SBP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);麻醉后,观察组HR、DBP和SBP水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科腹腔镜手术患者采用七氟醚全凭吸入麻醉效果显著优于舒芬太尼,有助于血流动力学稳定,安全性较高,值得推广应用。 Objective To study the influence of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia on hemodynamics in gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods Sixty six patients with laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group in the People's Hospital of Changyuan County from August of 2013 to August of 2015, 33 cases in each group.The control group received intravenous injection of sufentanil, and the observation group used sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia.The partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PETCO2), oxygen saturation(SpO2), respiratory frequency variation(RR) and anesthesia-induced changes of heart rate (HR), diastolic blood pressure(DBP) and systolic blood pressure(SBP) change of the two groups were observed 10.0 minutes after building pneumoperitoneum.Results The levels of PETCO2, SpO2 and RR in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of HR, DBP and SBP between two groups before anesthesia (P〉0.05), and the levels of HR, DBP and SBP were significantly better than those in the control group after anesthesia (P〈0.05).Conclusion The effect of sevoflurane inhalation anesthesia on the gynecologic laparoscopic surgery patients is significantly better than sufentanil, and it is helpful to hemodynamic stability and high security, which is worth to promote the use.
