协同护理程序对非霍奇金淋巴瘤化疗患者心理弹性及生活质量的影响

Effects of collaborative nursing program on psychological flexibility and quality of life in patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma undergoing chemotherapy

目的探究协同护理程序对非霍奇金淋巴瘤化疗患者心理弹性及生活质量的影响。方法选择商丘市第一人民医院收治的非霍奇金淋巴瘤化疗患者50例,随机分为对照组和观察组,各25例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上实施协同护理程序。比较两组患者心理弹性和生活质量。结果护理后,观察组患者生活质量评分和心理弹性评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用协同护理程序干预非霍奇金淋巴瘤化疗患者具有良好的效果,有助于改善患者生活质量,提高心理弹性,值得临床推广。

Objective To explore the effects of collaborative nursing program on psychological flexibility and quality of life in patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma undergoing chemotherapy.Methods Fifty patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma undergoing chemotherapy in the First People＇s Hospital of Shangqiu were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, 25 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group implemented the collaborative nursing program on the basis of the control group.The psychological flexibility and quality of life were compared between two groups.Results The psychological flexibility and quality of life scores in observation group were higher than control group, and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Collaborative nursing program can improve the psychological flexibility and quality of life in patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma undergoing chemotherapy.It deserves the clinical expansion.
