胸腔镜肺叶切除与解剖性肺段切除术对Ⅰ期肺癌的疗效分析

摘要 目的探究胸腔镜肺叶切除与解剖型肺段切除术对Ⅰ期肺癌的治疗效果。方法选取2015年3月至2016年3月间焦作煤业集团有限责任公司中央医院收治的Ⅰ期肺癌患者58例,随机分为甲组和乙组,甲组采用胸腔镜肺叶切除术,乙组采用解剖性肺段切除术,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);甲组手术时间短于乙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组术后胸腔引流量少于甲组,乙组FVC、FEV1均高于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Ⅰ期肺癌患者采用胸腔镜肺叶切除术手术时间短,但解剖性肺段切除术胸腔引流量更少,肺功能恢复更佳。
