摘要
运用反渗透膜元件的运行数学模型及相关算例,证明了在膜元件性能测试领域中,设定给水压时的透盐率、膜压降、产水量3项外在指标之间相互关联,而设定产水量时的透盐率、膜压降、给水压3项外在指标之间相互独立;且只有设定产水量时的3项外在指标与3项内在指标之间存在一一对应关系,即可以从可测的外在指标直接反映不可测的内在指标。进而明确了在进行膜元件性能测试时,定流量测试方式较定压力测试方式具有优势。
By using operation mathematical model and calculation examples of reverse osmosis element, it has been proved that in the field of testing element performance, the external indicators of permeable salt rate, membrane pressure drop and water yield were related to each other under condition of specific pressrun, and the external indicators of permeable salt rate, membrane pressure drop and pressure were independent of each other under condition of specific water yield. Moreover, only in the condition of specific water yield, the three external and three internal indicators could be strictly corresponding, in other words, the external indicators could reflect the internal indicators which could not be tested directly. Ultimately, constant flow method was more effective than constant pressure in testing element performance.
