临床生化实验室测试过程中分析生化反应曲线对于试剂质量评估作用的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨生化反应曲线监测试剂质量的意义。方法以检测原理为终点法的超敏C反应蛋白和前白蛋白以及检测原理为速率法的碱性磷酸酶为例,分析质控品的反应曲线图和起始吸光度值的变化,判断试剂是否存在质量问题。结果超敏C反应蛋白检测时反应曲线变成直线提示试剂成分已破坏;前白蛋白检测反应曲线添加试剂1和试剂2后均出现终点法图形,提示试剂1和试剂2加反;碱性磷酸酶反应曲线起始点吸光度超出试剂空白范围提示试剂已失效。结论总结本实验室质控品的正常反应曲线图,并注意观察室内质控品的反应曲线图和起始点吸光度值,有助于快速判断是否存在试剂质量问题。 Objective To explore the significance of biochemical reaction curve monitoring reagent quality. Methods The reaction curves and initial absorbance value of assays based on end were analyzed in order to determine whether there were quality problems of reagents. Results The reaction curve of high sensitive C protein changed to a straight line reagent, which indicated the reagent ingredients have been destroyed. The reaction curve of prealbumin after adding reagent 1 and 2 reagents were both found to the graphics of end point method, which indicated reagent 1 and reagent 2 confused. The initial absorbance value of alkaline phosphatase reaction curve indicated the reagent was invalid. Conclusion It's very important and helpful to summarize the normal reaction curve of the quality control of the laboratory, and to observe graphics and initial absorbance values of the reaction curves.
