中国股权众筹发展的困境及建议

随着《股权众筹风险专项整治工作实施方案》的出台,股权众筹概念逐渐清晰化,其具有"大众、小额、公开"的特点,这便致使目前中国的股权众筹均不合法。为何股权众筹作为一种可以降低交易成本、提高融资效率的金融创新未能在中国蓬勃发展而是以"变异"的方式生存呢?文章对目前股权众筹在中国发展面临的困境进行分析,以期寻找促进中国股权众筹发展的方法并提出些许建议。

With the ＂equity raise risk of special rectification work plan＂ issued, to raise public equity concept gradually clear, it has the characteristic of ＂mass, small and open＂, which causes the China to raise public equity are not legitimate. Why does the public equity financing, as a kind of financial innovation that can reduce transaction costs and improve financing efficiency, can not survive in China but in the way of ＂variation＂？ In this paper, the present situation of the development of the public equity in China is analyzed, in order to find a way to promote the development of public ownership in China and put forward some suggestions.
