富硒发芽糙米调节小鼠血脂和保护肝组织作用的研究 被引量:4

摘要 以小鼠为试验对象,研究富硒发芽糙米(含硒0.870 mg/kg)对小鼠血脂水平和肝组织的影响。结果表明:与模型组小鼠相比,当给小鼠喂食含富硒发芽糙米25%的高脂饲料时,小鼠血清TC、TG、LDL-C水平和体重增长比分别下降56.80%、77.53%、55.84%、3.75%,HDL-C水平升高74.03%;肝组织中GOT、GPT、MDA水平分别降低65.66%、38.60%、50.32%,GSH、SOD水平和肝指数分别升高193.98%、187.33%、31.46%;同时,小鼠肝脏组织较紧密,色泽红且被膜光滑。结果表明,本试验中的富硒发芽糙米具有调节小鼠血脂水平、控制小鼠体重增长及保护组织的作用。 This study investigated the selenium - enriched germinated brown rice ( containing 0. 870 mg/kg se- lenium) influences on blood lipid level and liver tissue in mice. The results demonstrated that: compared with the model set mice, when being fed with high fat forage contained 25% selenium -em-iched germinated brown rice, the mice serum TC, TG, LDL - C level and weight growth rate were respectively decreased 56.80%, 77.53%, 55.84% and 3.75%, HDL- C level were increased 74.03%; GOT, Gl:q', MDA in liver tissue were respectively decreased 65.66%, 38.60% and 50.32%, GSH,SOD level and the liver index were respectively increased 193.98% ,187.33% and 31.46%. Also the mice liver tissue was more close, red and smooth. The result showed that selenium - enriched germinated brown rice possesses the efficacy of blood lipid level adjustment of mice, controlling weight and protecting the tissue.
