超声波辅助处理对亚麻纤维脱胶的作用及对纤维性能的影响 被引量:8

摘要 采用超声波处理辅助亚麻脱胶,以脱胶周期、含胶率及Fried Test评分为指标综合考察超声波辅助处理对亚麻脱胶效果的影响。用光学显微镜和红外光谱研究超声波辅助脱胶亚麻纤维的特性。结果表明,单独采用超声波处理亚麻原茎对纤维含胶率没有显著影响,40℃超声波处理30 min对降低果胶酶、果胶裂解酶和江水脱胶纤维的含胶率和提高Fried值均具有促进作用。光学显微镜和红外光谱均未显示超声波辅助脱胶会对亚麻纤维产生过度的损伤。 Flax retting was one of the key steps in fiber production, and fiber quality was bound up with it. The effect of flax retting with ultrasonic wave assisted was researched by retting period, gum content and Fried test as index. The properties of flax fiber by ultrasonic wave assisted retting were characterized by optical microscope and IR. The results showed that flax fiber treated by ultrasonic wave alone had no significant effects on gum content, but effective retting was observed in enzyme and nature water retting. No excessive damage of flax fiber produced by ultrasonic wave 30 min at 40℃ assisted retting was found by optical microscope and IR.
