摘要
在建立某型精梳机机架结构系统的ANSYS APDL参数化有限元模型基础上,对机架机构所承受的主运动交变激励载荷进行幅频特性分析,获得了对机架结构动态承载性能起主导作用的主运动激励的基频和倍频。依据主运动激励起主导作用的基倍频提取优化所需要关注的精梳机机架结构的模态固有频率。最后,基于所提取的机架结构的模态固有频率与结构质量对其设计参数灵敏度分析结果,选取机架结构设计参数为优化设计变量,有效减少机架结构优化设计规模,提高优化的效率。此外,优化模型同时考虑载荷特性和结构动态特性的研究,对结构动态性能分析与优化设计具有借鉴作用。
This paper builds the ANSYS APDL parametric finite analysis model of a certain comber frame, and then it analyzes the amplitude-frequency figure of major periodic load acting at frame, and gets the main frequencies that affect the amplitude-frequency figure of frame. On according to the main frequency it extracts the frequency of frame requiring for the optimization. Based on the results of sensitivity analysis of the major frequencies and mass of frame to design parameters, it selects the design parameters of optimum in order to decrease the scale of optimal model and improve the efficiency of structure optimization. Besides, the study that considers the performance of load and dynamic characteristic of structure provides the reference for the optimal design of the dynamic characteristic of structure.
